Hello Everyone, 

We are very excited to announce that we are open for in-person sessions as of June 1 2020. We will be continuing to offer virtual services, in conjunction with our in person sessions. (See our services page for more details.)

To ensure the safety of our clients and practitioner we will be implementing the following protocols and changes to our services as we gradually return to our full operation: 

  • Clients and practitioner will be screened the day prior to their session (via email) and upon arrival to ensure that they currently have no COVID-19 symptoms

  • In person sessions will be spaced out to ensure minimal crossover at the front door. Social distancing between clients will be maintained at all times.

  • The front entrance has been arranged to ensure social distancing is always possible. 

  • Unless the client requires assistance to safely attend their session, we ask that clients come alone. 

  • All sessions will be by appointment only. They will begin/end at their designated time to ensure that there is no unnecessary crossover between clients and enable time for cleaning. If you arrive early please wait in vehicle until your appointment time or text/email practitioner if it is safe for you to come into the building. 

  • Hand Hygiene will be mandatory upon arrival and departure of session (for both practitioner and client). 

  • All equipment utilized/touched by client will be cleaned immediately after use, and all common surfaces ie. Bannisters, door knobs, faucets, counters will be cleaned after each client.

  • KINnected Training will maintain a contact list of all people who come in daily as part of its outbreak procedure checklist. In the event a patient or client becomes infected after attending their session, you will be contacted. 

  • KINnected training will place marked receptacles for disposable o masks/gloves, facial tissue, etc. 

  • Practitioner will wear surgical mask if 2 meters of social distancing cannot be maintained (or during full session, if preferred by client) 

  • KINnected Training’s ‘Start of day’ and ‘End of Day’ cleaning schedule will be upheld.
